En portant un soutien-gorge, passez le ruban à mesurer directement dans votre dos, sous vos bras et sur le point le plus large de votre poitrine.

2. Tour de taille

Passez le mètre ruban autour de votre taille naturelle, au point le plus étroit de celle-ci. Le mètre ruban doit être bien ajusté contre votre corps, mais ne doit pas être trop serré.

3. Hanches

Passez le ruban à mesurer sur votre os de la hanche, autour du point le plus large de vos hanches.
